Commercial carriers beware of this place ! If you need commercial trucking insurance do your self a favor and find a different agent ! Went to this location for a new policy after being with progressive for 7 years and dealing with progressive direct ( No Agent ) , so this was my first experience with a Agent and it will be my last . They misfiled my policy and over the course of time , my operating authority was revoked, for lack of insurance and I had to shut down all of my trucks until it was fix, ( Weeks ) . In the end , I had to do all the leg work and find out where the mistake was made because they acted clueless ..This put a huge strain on our income by having to take our trucks off the road for that time and I wouldn’t want to see anyone else have to go through this because of someone else’s mistake !!!
