After getting the run around from a well known flooring company in Greensboro…I made the trip to Majestic floor covering from my home in Jamestown based 100% on their 4.9 star average of 135 google reviews. I was looking for a high quality sheet vinyl (wood floor look) and their Airstep Evolution Harvest Moon was exactly what I wanted. Leslie was great throughout the process and was able to initially give me a very accurate cost estimate based on the scaled floor plan/drawing I provided. The process took place within a very reasonable time frame around thanksgiving and the Installation crew showed up on time ready to go. I got to say… Juan Portugal and his two man crew did an incredible job for me. Juan honestly cares about the quality of work that he and his men do…they are extremely capable hard working men and I am confident I got a very high quality application from start to finish. I will definitely do business with Majestic floor covering again in the near future and I would recommend them to others.nAlan Bruton Sr.

Overall Excellent Experience and Product. I went to Majestic Flooring a few weeks ago and was assisted in choosing my flooring by Leslie. She knew exactly what to show mw, after I informed her of the product I desired, which helped expedite the process of elimination. After I chose the product(s) she gave me a rough estimate, I arranged for a scheduled quote and measurement at my home the next week. The quote went quickly and was a very fair price compared to three other local and national competitors. Their flooring product, price, customer service and being a local business was the reasons I chose this company for my installation - it was simply notch.nnThe installation process was easy to schedule. On the day of installation, Juan and his crew came out and were very friendly. The communicated with me all the details of the install and asked for my preferences. They did great work, they are professionals and I am very satisfied with my new floors. We are lucky to have this as a local business and I would recommend them to anyone.nnThank you Majestic!

Great place! Knowledgable people in the store, and great installers. I love my soft, comfy, vinyl kitchen flooring, expertly recommended by a Majestic staff member who chose exactly the right pattern when I gave her my kitchen issues. Very, capable and efficient on all levels.
