We selected Elite to install new factory finished solid hardwood floors in our house. There were some initial problems with the installation but Courtney assured me that they would not leave until we were satisfied. They did and we are very happy with the floors. Josh and the people at Elite stood behind the product and their installers work. Problems can happen on any job but it takes a quality company to correct them properly. We recommend this company.

Customer service is excellent, gives great recommendations for tile and flooring projects. Everything is handled with care. We’ve worked with Elite Flooring for a kitchen tile project and we are only trusting their service for a larger master bath project underway. Highly recommended!
They helped us select the perfect flooring for our home. They were dependable in that they returned calls promptly, kept the schedule they made for ordering and installation, and completed our job exactly as they said they said they would do it. We had questions after the flooring was installed and they immediately came back out and resolved them. We appreciated their expertise, care, and patience.
