I always receive good service at the O'Reilly stores, and yesterday was no exception. Matthew, an employee at the Firetower location, was extremely polite and very informative. He went out in the nasty, cold weather to assist me. He was very knowledgeable and personable! Excellent service!

Today my wife reminded me that the rear running lights were not working as she prepared to leave to visit her parents for a few days. I had about a 20 minute window to get this issue resolved, and the only reason it happened was because of my sales rep Matthew. I walked in, he asked me the year, make and model, and which light was troubled. He went straight to the aisle and section the bulbs were, installed them, and proceeded to check me out. All of this happened in about 7 minutes.nAssociates like this do not come around very often. Matthew gets a 5 star rating today.
So it’s almost Christmas and I had some issues. Stopped by and Matthew had me in and out in no time! Great experience and service! Highly recommend!
I went in to purchase window washing fluid. The staff was very helpful. I needed to put the fluid in my car. One of the employees named Matthew was outside helping another customer. He finished with that customer just as I was trying to unleash my hood to pour in the fluid. He came right over without me even asking and said he would help me. He opened up the washer fluid container and poured it in for me. Very helpful!
