My computer screen was cracked. I contacted Joras Tech and he told me to drop off my computer so he could assess and repair. I left the computer and he not only repaired the device, but he completed the job in 1hour. He provided quick turn around at a reasonable price and I was able to complete my work. Best shop in North Carolina. Not only is the owner very friendly, but he’s incredibly intelligent. He was able to diagnose it, write the prescription, and get my laptop back up and running in an incredibly timely manner. Definitely will be coming here for any computer and cell phone issues.
I splashed water on the laptop that I use everyday for school and had to have the keyboard and the mousepad replaced. He was very informative about what he would have to do and how much it would cost. Overall, I found the price reasonable and the service quick and professional. I would recommend this repair service to anyone who is serious about having their machine repaired.

I would 100% recommend Joras Tech! I initially tried to take my computer to Best Buy for repair but was uncomfortable with the environment for several reasons. I looked up other, smaller, computer repair shops and happened upon Joras Tech, and I'm so glad I did. Personal, personable, and very quick service (my repair was done within minutes).
