In my opinion he is bias. And helping a friend/ co-worker is more important than patient care. He used his status to help his friend/ co-worker instead of making sure I, the patient received quality care when i complained i wasn't

My grandmother has been going to Dr.Ellis since I was a little girl. I remember going with her back in 98 to see him. Throughout the years he has been a wonderful doctor and had become a friend to my grandmother. She recently went to go be with God but I will always be grateful for his dedication to her as a doctor, along with the many others she had to see due to her many medical complications.

He is one of the sweetest and caring doctors there. He cares about you and has a great bed side manner. We need more doctors like him.
