i went in for my appointment and the receptionist literally slapped me and called me a bad bleep then proceeded to throw me out of the door. highly wouldn’t recommend

I am grateful for the wonderful care I receive at Wintergreen Medical Center. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. Sharon always returns my calls promptly and handles any issues quickly. Calvin takes the time to really listen to me about my health, and offers suggestions, then collaborates WITH ME about my care. He values my input as a patient. I value his input as my provider. I appreciate the way his office staff treats me with respect, as well as the way he cares about me. I used to live in Greenville, and have been a patient for about 9 years, but I recently moved to Martin County, and I still drive to Winterville so I can see Calvin and the staff, where I know I will be listened to and cared for.

Most frustrating experience ever! I am appalled at the inability to get a prescription refilled, a prescription I have been taking for 11 years with no changes. I am out in 2 days and they were fine with my not taking it for 3 weeks as that is when I HAD an appointment scheduled. Won’t step foot in their office again!

I have been a regular patient here since graduating ECU in 2014, even with moving around eastern NC, I continue to drive the hour+ for their amazingly kind and dedicated care. Dr. Ellis shows compassion and keeps me laughing! My appointments are always scheduled for a convenient time that works best for me and the staff is efficient and quick while I am there. Thank you Wintergreen Medical, for running a great practice!
