Everyone was very professional and showed they really cared and wanted to help in any way they could. Dr. Loftis explained everything he was going to do before he did it and made me feel very at ease. I never had any pain or discomfort after the procedure. The Office staff followed up with me the day after the procedure to see I was having any problems. If you are ever unlucky enough to need a root canal, I HIGHLY recommended Dr. Loftis.
