Last time I was in that office 3 hours waiting for both my sons to be seen! Never got a reminder call for the oldest but got a text saying he needed to reschedule! Was informed that if my 15 month did not stay still at the time he was pulled back he would be referred out! 15 month old had an appt that they moved appt time down “the day before” I confirmed thinking it would be ok with my work but the day after I called in the morning to let them know it did not work out and was told I would have to wait a year and because I confirmed, it was not their fault regardless of them moving it! They were awesome but since they moved idk what has been going on that things have gone from bad to worse will definitely be moving my kids somewhere else!

My wife and I have been trying to get in touch with this office several days. No one seems to answer the phone ever!! Only an answering machine that goes to voicemail and has a mailbox that is full. This place sucks because it’s front desk employees. So we are looking for a new dentist office that actually answers the phone and has better quality.

I have called several times a day for a week. No one will answer the phone! You can not leave a voicemail because their inbox is full. How am I suppose to make an appointment if I can't get them to answer the phone!?

my brother went and they did stuff they were not supposed to and my mom could have been hospitalized but it took 30 minutes to 1 hour for them to get him back and we were on time and the lady at the front desk lied so this is a 1 star rating

Service of staff and dr was pleasant, they just need better receptionist. Very hard to get through to speak with anyone they don't answer the phone. Hard to confirm appointment due tothis. I been calling since this morning and no one has answer the phone to confirm my son appointment for this coming Monday. If I don't get through before Monday I will be looking for a new dentist. All because they don't answer their phones.
