Very friendly staff all around. They all were very personable. They have a knowledgeable hygienist and Doctor. I felt like I was in great hands as soon as I sat in the chair. The hygienist constantly checked on me during my deep cleaning. I have visited many dentists over the years but now Dr. Carroll will be the one I stick with. I have already referred several of my friends. He is great.

I used to love Aspen Dental. But since moving to NC, and going to the Greenville office for a denture repair today...Before ever even speaking to me about what the actual issue is, Dr. Carol immediately wanted to sell me a new set of dentures. I said No I wasn’t ready for that right now. And THEN tried to explain the small chip in one of the front teeth that I wanted repaired. He went and got a lab technician who also immediately said “nope, I’d have to put a whole new tooth in there”. When I asked about it matching they were quick to say it won’t match, they don’t make teeth shorter like mine. Another words I would have one longer tooth in the front.nThey had no desire to work with me but instead, only wanted to make money selling a new set of dentures. I was almost in tears upset when the Dr told me to lower my voice and threatened to call the police on me. Why? Because I was beginning to cry because I was upset? He then tried to have me escorted out of the office WITHOUT my daughter who was in another room about to have her teeth cleaned. I WAS NOT leaving without my 8 year old daughter! Then he said he will NOT be allowing my daughters teeth to be cleaned. And we are not to come back to that office. (My husband who has never been there was scheduled for next month, he told me he was not welcome there as well) This man is the FURTHEST from caring OR professional! And HOW DARE he threaten to call the police and have me removed without my daughter. Why not take a moment and explain things to an upset patient? Rather then just refuse to say anything. Other than If I don’t buy all new dentures I will have a horse tooth in the front of my current one that won’t match. He didn’t care. I guess he saw that I wasn’t going to be an easy target to sell to, and wanted me gone.

Aspen Dental in Greenville, NC is awesome. Everyone is super nice and very professional. They have state of the art equipment and their knowledge on new techniques in dentistry helped me save my teeth and get the ones that needed to be fixed done in the best way possible. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

The staff is very professional. My first visit, 18 x-rays were taken of my teeth. They also used tools in my mouth to determine if I needed anything done besides a cleaning. I thought they were being very thorough. I went in for my second visit today to have my teeth cleaned. Kaylee cleaned my teeth and she did an excellent job. So far I have enjoyed my experience here.nnCindy

The Hygienist, Kaylee, cleaned my teeth so well that I walked out with a whole different set of clean teeth than the set I had when I walked in. Dr. Carroll did an amazing job by fixing my gap that I have been so self conscious about and now my teeth went from being neighbors to living in the same house. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely gave me a confidence boost for sure.
