Impeccable service, great pre-owned vehicle pricing, and incredibly friendly staff!nnLong story incoming but needed:nnI was in NC for work and my family joined me driving separately. Our family van basically broke down and we went here to buy a new one. After searching online for a few weeks, we knew they had a very competitively priced Honda Odyssey we wanted if it test drove well. The process wasn't exactly smooth because we were from out of state and I had placed a credit freeze on all my credit reports for previous fraudulent activity. The manager, sales staff, and finance staff ALL patiently stayed late to assist and finish the process, with no complaining or hint of irritation. After, we finished and made it home, the next part of the experience was even better. After a day or so driving the tire dash light came on, and the van seemed to be having trouble starting. I was a little worried since we were so far from home and my wife was driving the van, so I messaged the manager. He insisted she bring it back and they would take a look. She finally made it back, just before they closed that evening, and the manager got the service department to still check everything out. Turns out the battery was bad, and the tires just needed air. The service manager got someone to stay late again, replaced the battery, and filled up the tires, all free of charge! It was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had (not just buying a car), and I'm very thankful for the team at Medlin.

Went to get s key fob program n unfortunately it could not be program. At the time I was upset for being charged a fee because when I spoke to the service department I just remember being told it was $30 to $50 depending how long it took to program it. Didn't realize I had to pay n still have no key fob programed. The service team has always give good customer service.nnTy,nMs. Jennette

My experience was very good. Mr. Walter and the Medlin Service Department looked out for me. I guess he had shown me some mercy and got my van back to me as fast as he could. I was a miserable soul without it. Thank you guys. You have earned my trust and my business.
