We looked this place up online and it was said to be open at 9am. We went by at 10am and there were no signs on the doors and both doors were locked. There were people inside and no one even opened the door to talk to tell us if they were open or closed or anything. Then we looked up the place again and used google directions (thinking maybe they had moved locations) and the address was for a dirt road with a barn. Obviously not a granite store. When we then attempted to call the number listed, we got a signal like the number had been disconnected. Would not recommend. At all.

Apparently they are now out of businessnNot even answering their phonennUPDATE:nTurns out they are not out of business,nThey just don’t return your calls.nnLuckily this occurred during the “what are we going to buy” process;nnWhile we were still trying to figure out what we wanted,nwe realized that Doug looked at the pictures,ntook my husband‘s measurements that he had supplied to him,nand never supplied an estimate.nnSo we got frustrated and went with MarKraft down in Wilmingtonnthey did an excellent job for a reasonable price

This is the Absolutely Worse Company I have ever worked with! Terrible craftsmanship! NO Communication! If you call the office they never know whats going on... After WEEKS of being put off by the owner and Casey, When they came to install their Dollie they used tore 2 holes in the linoleum floor. The owner never offered to fix it. He only pointed out in the contract that they are NOT liable for any damage they do to your house/property... The Installers worked for days. I think the installers did what they could with the tools that they had to work with... which was hardly any. The stone looked like it had be cut with a chainsaw. So Jagged! the corner up against the wall was missing a section so they filled it with pudgy :( I was never told that I would have a seem run right in the middle of my bar until the day of install and it looked horrible. Would NEVER recommend this company!!

Casey took care of our order to get a piece of granite cut for our laundry room cabinet! The piece was ready when Casey said it would be!nThe guy who cut it was a 1/8 long on his measurement but good thing I allowed a 1/4 for the fit I needed.
