Very accommodating and wanted to make us happy. Came back to fix a tree that needed more lights and wanted to make sure We got the WOW factor. They also worked us in even with though schedule was all booked. Worked with us on a plan and made the process very easy. Loving our Lights. The head of our crew definitely wanted his customers to be happy, worked hard and was very nice.

I wish I could give 5 stars but due to the customer service and the Over priced job, I cannot. The lights look great, they are good quality and installed well. However, for the few strands we got we were WAY overcharged. We got just the roofline done and lighting around the flower bed. The guys didn't have the stakes for the lights in the flower bed the day they installed and said they would come back later that day... Ok, no big deal... well they didn't come back that day, or the next. A week later I had received multiple calls and emails requesting the remaining balance. We paid a deposit to schedule and apparently the remaining balance was due at the time of service. No one told us that. I assumed we would get another invoice emailed and then we would pay it. The lady on the phone I talked to was very rude. I explained that the guys never came back to finish the stakes and she said she had to verify with them that they didn't finish the job. Like I was lying.. Low and behold the next day the lights had been finished. I really hoped that this worked out because I don't want my husband up on a ladder trying to hang lights on our roof. This experience was VERY disappointing. This may not seem like that big of a deal but when you pay over $700, you expect your house to look amazing. It looks good, but not a WOW factor. Certainly not worth that much money.

We contracted Patriot Illumination to install Christmas lights to the Tongue & Groove Design + Build office building and the result was even more fantastic than we thought it would be!
