Dr Yipp is phenomenal! I wish all my kids doctors seemed to enjoy their jobs like he does. He’s always so sweet to my children. The nurses and wait staff are fantastic. They are always easy to talk to and kind. Appointments always move fast and smoothly.

While I appreciate dr. Yip the office staff and policy are horrible. Being a military spouse with 3 kids, over the winter I had to reschedule appts. I always did so 48 hours in advance at least which is more than their policy requires. Today when I called to be seen for asthma symptoms I kept getting transferred and finally the third person I spoke with said that they don’t think the office will see me anymore because I had to reschedule appointments five times. This doesn’t sound like that should be my problem if I followed their policy. Furthermore They said I missed an appointment but yet I asked them if they wanted me to send a picture of the card where they wrote my appointment for a certain date. The woman at the counter must’ve written the incorrect date because they told me my appointment was one week prior. They would not take a picture of my card nor when I asked them if they wanted me to bring that my card would they except that. They have trouble excepting that they were at fault.

While the doctors and nurses were great, I was incredibly frustrated by the fact that you couldn't schedule ahead of time, just week to week. Additionally, their office staff assured me 4 different times I would have no issues with a vacation, then stated (after much run-around for almost a month), that I could no longer receive the treatment we had decided upon because I shouldn't have taken a break. THEN they tried to blame me for it when they had been asked 4 different times and I had discussed it before I even started! Each time I called, it was supposed to be someone else who made the mistake (my primary care, my insurance) and it kept coming back to their mistakes! So frustrated. When I expressed frustration, they noted I could go somewhere else anyhow. So, I spent countless hours waiting each week in their office for months only to have it wasted by oversight and unaccountability.
