Everyone we’ve encountered here has been fabulous! We have seen Kate & Dr Henderson, both have been wonderful- very thorough in answering all questions & I have never felt rushed. Nurses have all been great as well- Chris responded to my calls promptly and was great at talking me through instructions on how to help my daughter at home. Very happy with this location, it is evident that they love taking care of little ones.

As a nurse I understand you need patients past medical records, but why is it needed before an initial visit for something new that needs addressed. I guess I will make an appt with another office for a new chest deformity that I am concerned about.

Our daughter is 7 months old now and we have been bringing her here since she was born. The doctors have been great and the on call nurse always has excellent advice for first time parents. They made it so quick with the shots our daughter hardly cried.

Very disappointed! I attempted to make wellness visits for my children, however, the office refused to schedule an appointment without the children's previous records. Our family relocated from another state and I was attempting to establish pediatric care for my children. I waited nearly 2 months after turning in all of the appropriate paper work and when I contacted the office they would not schedule my children for wellness visits because they stated they had not received old records from our previous pediatrician's office. I can't control the inefficiencies from an office in another state, especially during covid. One of my children was due for a routine Tdap vaccine (which is required for school). Pediatricians are well aware of the decrease in routine vaccinations across the country. This is extremely poor care for our children and they should be ashamed. This was not an insurance issue, as we have PPO Blue Cross coverage.nI will never recommend this practice.

The front desk nurses all have attitudes in person and over the phone ! Not to mention they take forever for call backs
