In my case I was away from home and realized that I had left my medications behind. I was 6 hours away from home so I looked up the office web site and saw that the site stated that the portal was the quickest way to communicate with the office so I wrote a message in the portal asking for just a few days of medications so that I could continue my medications without a break. As a precaution I also left a phone message, leaving my phone number.nnI received no response whatsoever. I decided to cut my vacation short and make my way home where there was still no response. I then went to the office on Ravenswood Rd to follow up and I explained to one of the ladies why I was there and what happened. I received a barrage of questions from a woman at the desk who had all the answers on her system. I told her that I simply followed the instructions on their web site. She was rude and obstreperous and had no empathy for my situation.nnEventually I managed to talk to a nurse who said she would go ahead and take care of the prescriptions for me because they needed renewal also. There was no explanation as to why nobody responded to my portal messages or my phone calls. Pretty poor service and no respect for patients. Obviously the portal and phone messages do not get looked at very often by this team or else they get ignored.nnToo bad they are the closest and most convenient office. No complaints about the doctor though. He is very helpful and is happy to discuss my medical progress and make recommendations.

PA Jay was really nice. I went in with really bad right side pain. He truly was trying to figure out what the pain was caused by. He was understanding and did as much as he could. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all like most drs make you feel when you cannot explain the pain very wel .

Very friendly staff. They were willing to work with me even thought I was not insured. Not outrageously priced.

Came in with extreme pain from a back injury, (8 years of back issues). Refused to prescribe pain medication despite an obvious need.
