Terrible customer service. Went there to make a purchase and lady helped me to complete the order with IPad which I was happy to do, but after she got all my information and credit card info and told me that I will be delivered to store by July 10, but I never got any kind of confirmation. I contacted support on the Website and they confirmed that purchase was never made and the ring, of course, is sold out already. Thanks for your help!

Excellent customer service from Ginger. She was very helpful and friendly. She brought all the rings to me that fit what I was looking for and showed them to me. She showed me a few other options as well just incase and so I could see them compared to other designs. I got to see different options in the book as well. She did not try to push me toward any engagement ring or wedding band. I really appreciated that. I learned a lot on this trip to Kay's on what I like and dislike as well as learning about quality, size, clarity, shape, color, etc. Ginger even cleaned my friend's engagement ring/diamond for free and checked the number on the ring and her ring was not bought at Kay's. It was a special time / experience going to Kay's and I was treated as such. I hope to be back soon.

Liked the merchandise they have to offer but, the customer service was lacking.
