Good stuff at decent prices if you dig through the mess
This is always a good option for finding items needed for your home at a reduced price. I firmly believe in & try to support their mission. However, there have repeatedly been 2 issues that I've encountered when visiting this store. #1-- employees at the front desk/check out do not acknowledge your arrival/presence in the store nor do they ask if you need assistance. At times I've wandered around in there for at least an hour, & finally had to hunt for someone to help me. Once I got assistance, each time the individual was patient & helpful. Having worked in retail myself, to ignore patrons presence entirely is not very conducive to repeat business. Issue #2 ---- availability of a public restroom. For some reason this seems to be a growing trend. I was there recently with my daughter & granddaughter. I have significant digestive issues & my granddaughter is only 2 1/2; potty trained, but we had just eaten. We had to run out of there in search of the nearest restroom, & everywhere we went we had the same problem; not a pleasant situation.
