Steven Faber is the most caring physician my husband and I have ever met. He is knowledgeable and has empathy which is almost non-existing in the medical profession. He has helped my husband on so many occasions and takes time to explain everything in easy to understand language.

The worst customer service...left 5 messages and now 7 weeks later still no appointment and no call back ever. Tricare did an emergency appointment at another Gastroenterologist due to none reply of this medical practice. The worst.

First of all I never got to see the physician his office nurse who is not a nurse practitioner or any type of advanced practice individual Saw me for my appointment she not only diagnosed me she also prescribed medication for me which is outside of the scope of practice for a registered nurse. Now let me be clear it’s not the fact that the physician was possibly tied up with other patients in the office he was not even physically in the building during my appointment . Then the office attempted to bill my insurance for an M.D. consultation. this was my first time seeing this MD for having significant G.I. issues. I also noticed that there were patients recovering from either a colonoscopy or endoscopy which is performed in their physician office and the physician wasn’t even in the building that concerns me very much. I strongly discourage this office .
