I've been seeing Dr. Sarah Hudson since I was in diapers, I'm 22 now and I can say I wouldn't have had anyone else. Over two decades of love and care that I wouldn't trade for anything.

I have absolutely no complaint with this office or staff. My children have been going there for about 3 years. They are professional and personable. My youngest sees Beverly Moors and my two teenagers see Lacey. I really like when a referral is needed they actual follow through and get you where you need to be. A++ rating from this family of 5.

Front desk is extremely rude. Wait time is always long. The nurses are always friendly.

Absolute worst customer service ever. The front desk people don't even give their names so you can't even report the person for utterly disgusting customer service. If they talk to people like this on the phone how are they any diffrent with our children.

The staff is unhelpful and rude. They can’t answer simple questions and continuously billed me for well visits that were covered by insurance (and I had the insurance company confirm With me multiple times That we were not supposed to be). The billing director has absolutely no idea what she is doing and could care less about doing her job and fixing a situation. Instead of trying to help me fix the problem she just kept shrugging her shoulders and claiming that there was nothing she could do, even though I’m pretty sure that’s what she is supposed to be there for. I have 4 children all with the same policy that attended this office (almost all well visits) and only one child was being billed. I asked her to see if the child’s info was entered wrong and she just gave me the shoulder shrug and minimum effort to resolve. I contacted the insurance company yet again and they told me they had no idea what the woman was talking about that my child is fully covered. I am quite shocked that such an irresponsible lazy person is allowed to handle such information for the families who attend this office. Needless to say, I have withdrawn all my kids from this office. Expected better from chkd to not have lazy incompetent staff.
