i have never had a worse experiences with someone who is supposed to be empathetic than this place. first the receptionist was highly rude. she told me if i had insurance, i couldn't go. so i said, fine, ill pay out of pocket. she said, but your insurance still exists. so they can't see me even though they list my insurance as ones they take. she then said, JUST GIVE US $200 and we will see you. after googling DR. WILLIAM C BOWENS, ALLLLLL THE REVIEWS WERE BAD if not worse. FILE A COMPLAINT. YOU DON'T TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS.

Excellent Doctor would highly recommend him to anyone. Office manager leaves something to be desired. But everyone has a bad day once in awhile.

Dr. Bowens office hours are quite limited, but he spends more time with each patient than any psychiatrist I've ever seen. He is thoughtful, caring, and was extremely helpful.
