Have used hearing aids for past 4 years. After retiring & relocating to rural NC & when my audiology exam was due, I scheduled thru Hearing Life. Front staff was courteous. Elizabeth City location worked well for me. Courtney, my Audiologist was skilled, efficient & professional. My hearing tests went smoothly. My hearing aid needed a part, which has been ordered, & is covered under warranty. Enthusiastically recommend Elizabeth City NC HearingLife!

I felt like I was treated with the upmost dignity of any place I have have been since the virus put us with at risk policy. They came to my car and even came out to ask me something about the hearing aid.

Very nice people there. Very caring to your hearing needs. Don’t mind at all to help you as much as they can. Very good at explaining about your hearing and about hearing aids. Really liked the people and the area it’s at. Justin is very nice and very helpful with your hearing
