I wish this was divided so I could give a review for the doctors and for the eyeglass store because the doctors are wonderful but Amy messed up my glasses, would not admit it was their fault and I did not get the glasses I needed, I had to settle for trifocals and even those were not done for months, too late for what I needed them for. I had to put up with her bad behavior, her lies, belittling me, charging for a remake that was her fault. I will get my prescriptions there but have them made elsewhere. I don't need to be treated like that and the doctors should consider finding someone of their caliber to work with them. After I picked glasses and they were made she said I chose a lense too small for progressives. Shouldn't she have said something when I picked them out? I moved to a bigger frame like she wanted but was afraid she would mess them up again since she would not admit the error was on her office and not me. So now I'm stuck with glasses I can't use. The glasses were made so I could go to school and better myself but I did not get the final pair till the whole semester was over and my grades suffered because I could not see to do the work. Can you imagine trying to pass a class when you can't see the book and can't do the work because you can't see? I will have to repeat classes if I want to go back at all. She hurt my life plan and I'm not sure what to do now. Be stuck in near poverty because she didn't care enough to give good service? This affected my whole life!

I just love this place everyone is so professional and friendly. Amy was so helpful with helping me choose my glasses, with the prescription, and with the correct fit.

Dr. Franklin is my Dr. He is very thorough and practical. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Short wait time to get in on your appointment. Put off my cataract surgery until he saw a large drop in my vision. Highly recommend Coastal Eye Center.

Nice staff and good selection of glasses
