We were the last bus sitting at the transit and the other buses had already left while the lady was sitting on her phone. And I had to get to work on time.
For the most part the buses are OK. But beware the 7th bus it skips over stops sometimes. The 7th bus goes off its route to places unknown not cool. And is making me pay more then nessary. I could have been drops off where I was supposed to go on the rote but instead is waisting time. Going off the route and sometimes sitting and waiting for no reason.
All but two of the female drivers I've met are not pleasant. I understand that you are providing a service and customers can make you hate your job some days but put a smile on your face anyway and keep it moving. And if you're pms'ing or having problems at home, don't bring your issues to work. Who's coaching these people?
The bus 10 driver was a girl with short hair she looked at my bike and me and pulled off I’m guessing she didn’t want to help me out. Which I will be getting her fired.
