Visited for quick breakfast...Bacon/egg/ cheese biscuit and chicken fillet sandwich and two coffees ordered at counter. After taking my order attendant very slowly putzed around..serving window and counter and handing out several orders at window. It took her 5 plus minutes to get us coffee...and over ten minutes for sandwiches. When I received our order I asked for the mgr, and she very coolly said ‘that’s me.’ I told her ‘that’s the longest I’ve ever waited for breakfast at Hardee’s.’ She rudely turned around and walked away. No apology, not a word from her.nnSurely there are hard working Hardee’s employees who deserve this job. She clearly does not appreciate this higher paying position. Who is this person’s supervisor....surely her supervisor is aware of this person’s poor performance. The restaurant had no customers inside...clearly an indication of this restaurant’s poor customer service...in middle of Swansboro on a busy highway at 9:30 am.nnSad but true.

We order twice a month the breakfast platter. Always yummy, always fresh...never disappointed. On occasion I will pick up a late dinner on my way home from work. The mushroom and swiss is my favorite.

The food was good, had the monster burger and not only did it taste great it looked like the poster, servers we kind and helpful. The kids chicken tenders weren’t as high quality as the normal ones tho.

Had breakfast and choose the southwestern omelette biscuit. It was delicious and very filling. I did, however, get a cinnamon bun. That made the whole visit. Very delicious! We went through the drive thru and it was quick and the staff were very friendly.

The woman working behind the counter did not wear a mask most of the time. Seeing how unconfirtable I was she put it on, kind of, she failed to cover both her nose and her mouth. Not a place to go if you want to stay safe. The male cook in the back was wearing his mask appropriately the whole time. Sadly because she was working the drive through, the front counter and handeling fries its likely she will expose many people to covid 19.
