I love Wendys food but this place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The drive thru is always a 15+ minute wait. Most employees are rude and one time I had to ask for my card back because an employee kept it at the window. 15+ minute wait and they can only seem to handle 1 car at a time. They don’t even get the food right half the time.

This Wendy's is unbearable. I can't believe they are continually allowed to operate so slowly. You look inside the window when you eventually make it that far and no one is moving. It took us over 30 minutes to get our food yesterday. Once you're in line you're stuck. The speaker is never turned up so it's nearly impossible to hear the person taking your order. You just hope they heard you correctly. I don't know why I keep coming back to this location expecting better. At least the manager is extremely friendly.

Don't bother with this Wendy's. Very slow, nobody wants to work here. Got a dbl baconator took like 15 min and it was a single. They don't even allow people in the lobby at all. Asked a worker if she could take my order and she said she couldn't. I had to call them to order a damn burger. Screw this place.

This establishment is in desperate need of a new manager and staff. Every time I come to this Wendy's location something is always wrong with my order or with the food itself. Unsalted stale fries? I enjoy this franchise but this location is starting to change that and it's a shame.

Don't waste your time or money. We waited 20 minutes to receive cold food. Staff is not friendly at all. None of this was a surprise as this is the standard of service we have received every time we have given them another chance. No more chances here we are DONE. The only thing I am surprised about is this location is still open.
