They do not have the best customer service and not very good at all at returning phone calls.
They are always friendly and patient.
Went to the office back in October to initiate a liability insurance policy. Still do not have a written policy and the agent, Christy McCausley, will not return my phone calls despite my last attempt to complain and ask for another agent. Very frustrating!
