We have been working with Sewell Insurance agency for many years for both personal and business. They are a great company to work with. Anytime we have had a question or concern that have got us what we needed promptly. That is always good knowing you have someone to talk to when you need them.

Fairly reasonable prices, excellent staff. I know this because I was late making a monthly payment because I lost my ATM card. I had just got off work and went to the bank asap but it was 4:54pm. 6 minutes till closing time and it would take me 10-12 minutes to drive there, IF traffic was good. Called and talked to very nice receptionist and told her my situation and that I had to make the payment that day, and that I was in route to her office. She said it was no problem. When I got there, she took my payment with a smile on her face and put me at ease about being's embarrassed about being that late and apologizing profusely about it. And those NOT so little things is what makes all the difference to me. AND are the reasons why I have no desire to switch insurance agents. Well done young lady. Hope they appreciate you as much as I do.

Keep close eye on your payments with them thru National General. Paid over $900 in 6months for a policy that was quoted $700. They won't admit the discrepancy but we have made the payments. Never get the same answer its always something.

Have used Sewell Insurance for the past 6 years and have nothing but great things to say about the staff here. We have had several claims and each time their staff has been helped us each step of the way. I certainly recommend them for all your insurance needs both personal and business.
