We're new to the area and our fridge stopped working a couple of months in. It's a higher end model, so I was on the fence about hiring a local repairman I hadn't worked with rather than going through the manufacturer's network. *I am so glad I called Louis.* He provided fast, knowledgeable service, and was extremely personable. He correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone, and was familiar with our model. He did everything he said he would. Glad to now have a go-to repairman in the area.

Quick and reasonably priced - service starts at $85 flat fee labor plus parts. Woke up Sunday morning to a deep freeze not fully freezing stuff on the top shelves. Called Louis first thing Monday morning. He was at the house by 10AM and diagnosed the problem quickly as broken fan. He managed to get the broken fan running again as a temporary fix and ordered a replacement. To my surprise the replacement fan was in the next day and he installed it after lunch. Couldn't be happier with his speed and professionalism. He saved me the price of a new freezer and his quick service save the food I had stored in the freezer too!

Probably the most honest and real repair man I have ever met. Came and found exactly what was wrong and gave me multiple ways to fix my fridges leak without having to get a whole new fridge. Highly recommend to family's who have a tight budget and are looking for money saving options.

Great service! Louis did a great job fixing my French door GE refrigerator. Knew exactly what was wrong almost immediately. Very knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed it on the first day and came back the next day with the part needed for the repairs and had it up and running in no time. Highly recommend!
