Unfortunately was not able to actually see Mr. Sawyer. An appointment was made for 1:00 pm. The person that made appointment was super sweet and did ask that we be there at 12:30 pm to fill out paperwork. On day of appointment we were struggling to get out of house due to an unavoidable delay, however we would still have 15 minutes to get paperwork done! Have filled out “paperwork” a million times before, that should have still been sufficient.nnThe office called at 12:45, we literally had just turned onto road at the office, it would take all of a minute to get out of car. The women from this office today was rude, said, “you were told to be here at 12:30, when I mentioned the appointment was at 1:00 so we still had time, she spoke to me like I was a child, said it’s our policy to reschedule, have to reschedule.nnWhile I understand and am respectful of scheduling her tone and attitude were not nice, especially as we are new to area, new patient, we are in our 60’s, she was very condescending. Never have I had a physician’s office or dental office talk to me in the manner she did. Honestly she is the reason for the negative review! We made the appointment due to positive reviews of Mr.Sawyer, but I wouldn’t even want to come if this is the attitude she represents in the office!nnI’m sure Mr. Sawyer treats his patients with more respect, however office needs some training on customer service.
