I was recommended to this branch a few months ago for back and hip pain, and I honestly think it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is extremely educated and professional, yet also know how to keep the sessions fun! One of the only medical facilities I’ve seen that actually knows how to “small talk.” Their building and equipment is always clean and well maintained, and I look forward to my sessions weekly with them. Highly recommend this place for anyone who’s looking for effective physical therapy.

From the kind women at the front desk to the Physical therapist and assistants I could not have imagined what an amazing experience this would be. Having bone, connective tissue and muscle damage I never expected therapy to get rid of my pain. It did!! Their knowledge seems endless. If I couldn't do an exercise one way they ALWAYS had another way to accomplish my goals. They always listened, understood and adapted to how my shoulder was feeling each visit. I highly recommend this facility to everyone who requires their expert services. I was referred to Pivot Physical Therapy about a month ago for back and knee pain. The experience has been great and I highly recommend them to all my co-workers with similar pain. I appreciate that the majority exercises they teach you can be worked on at home all you would need is maybe an elastic band and foam roller. The entire staff has been so nice and helpful in working through my individual physical therapy plan, especially Molly and Crystal who have spent the most time with me.

I started Physical Therapy about a month and a half ago for lower back pain. The level of care provided, the equipment utilized, and the amazing staff at Pivot Physical Therapy in Jacksonville, North Carolina, made my experiences at the facility overall outstanding. The experience at Pivot gave me the physical treatment I needed to help with pain mitigation. I would like to give a special deserving shout out to Candice, and Ashton for their tremendous work and hospitality. They both absolutely deserve praise, recognition and promotion for their dedication, and work ethic. For the other staff at Pivot whom I came across, thank you for your contribution to helping me get better. I was referred to pivot physical therapy a few months ago and I have absolutely loved my experience from start to finish, the entire staff is extremely professional and really excited to help people get better and give them the tools to better themselves. They will work with your schedule and are happy to adjust to what works best for you. Since my first session I've seen improvements and my back pain is almost nonexistent after a few short months of treatment. I would strongly recommend that if you're looking for a physical therapist, try pivot first and you will not be disappointed.
