Absolutely love the place!! John is very knowledgeable and explains everything very well and if you don’t understand he will make sure you do. Smaller size office but I love that, and your not working with many different people which is a plus, It’s more one on one! And the office lady makes you feel right at home as well! Definitely a place that won’t disappoint!!! I Look forward to my day of therapy :)

My experience with the Jacksonville office has been a positive one. Physical Therapist John's attitude is always upbeat and encouraging. He skillfully assessed my condition and executed a care plan that resulted in decreased pain and improved range of motion. I can continue with the exercises at home. Jolene, at the front desk is an asset as well, and always has a warm greeting when you enter the facility. I would definitely return should the need arise.

Love this place. It makes you look forward to coming in. Not only to do your stretches and exercises but to hear John’s good sense of humor and Melissa’s kindness. John is very knowledgeable of what he does and always makes sure you’re taken care of. Melissa helps create that comforting environment once you step in the building. Both are very professional and entertaining. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs physical therapy.

John is very good at his job. Also makes it fun to do exercises. I enjoyed my time there. He really helped me with my balance. I don't worry about falling anymore. I would recommend him to everyone.

John was very helpful and informative about my care! He took into consideration all of my concerns and was thorough with treatment. 100% would recommend anyone to this facility for care and I have seen a true outcome in my own health and healing!nMelissa, who works the front desk is very efficient with all things paperwork and appointment and is a great friendly face and she is extremely welcoming when you walk through the doors!
