As soon as I entered the building I was greeted with a smile. That within itself speaks volumes to a customer. The facility is clean, neat and organized. The staff is amazing, they explained what would take place and walked me through every step. I would truly recommend Select Physical Therapy to anyone that wants personalized, caring, knowledgeable therapy! Give them a try, you will not be sorry you did.

David is knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. These are all attributes you want in a Physical Therapist. I appreciate David, Nick, and Select Physical Therapy working with me while I mend from an injury. They are consistent with measures to keep everyone safe concerning COVID-19 and the New Bern location always maintains a clean and friendly atmosphere.

Hurt my wrist and elbow from a repetitive motion that I had been doing every day since I was 12. David Hill helped diagnose the issue, showed me how to alleviate it, and how to prevent it from happening in the future. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and gentle. I'm happy to say my wrist and elbow are back to 100% and now I can resume my activities pain free!

Referred to Select Physical Therapy for rotator cuff impingement & indications associated with frozen shoulder. David worked with me on finding the treatments that worked & adjusted when results were not getting where we wanted to be.nnDavid is very knowledgeable & understands that each patient is unique in that personal treatment plans are just that, personalized for every patient to get the best results.nnNick does a great job managing the front desk & the administration side of the business. He kept me up to date on insurance status, sessions available, and always greeted every person with a smile.
