I had a prescription for a product that was completely covered by insurance. A year later I get a letter in the mail saying payment was due within 2 weeks. I bumped my review from 1 star to 4 stars because when I called to address the concern the staff was very helpful and kind. I did not go up to a 5 star because it did take a year from them to get the letter to me.

After making a trip each week for 3 weeks I finally got my cpac supplies, which I had to pay over 50.00 myself and the rest billed to insurance. Well i get a bill in my name for over 100.00 because insurance I was told rejected it . I went back and gave them all the supplies I had been given unopened. Told them to forget it I will get them online cheaper anyway. But I still havent gotten my 50.00+ dollars back that I paid. Don't waste your time there.

My 10yr needs a cpap i had her prescription sent here in September. I called every Couple weeks to see what was going on. Tuesday october 27 they said oh her insurance denied the prescription. I called her insurance a order was never put in for it. They said call the pharmacist back ask them for a pharmacy id number that's how you will no if they put the claim in then you can call me back with that and i can look up the information but i dont see that prescription here in my system where we approved or denied it. I call the pharmacist back there searching for this id number they come back on the phone and said we can't find it. I said to them i no you can't bc you didnt do your job. They lady said well JT handles all of that do you want to leave a voicemail and me tell him as well i said yes ma'am. I asked him to call me back on Wednesday he never returns my call. I went up there and on Thursday and speak with him in person. He said oh i just looked at the prescription and insurance and they won't fill it. I said it's not your job to assume anything your suppose to run her insurance let them decide yes or no. Then he says do you want me to tun her insurance it will take another week. I said no you didn't do your job you didnt run her insurance im going somewhere else. He says whatever you go it will be denied. Then come to find out JT calls her doctors and said the insurance denied her prescription when he never put it in. He never called me back to give me any information. You do things decent and in order and have respect for your patient's this is a child. Needless to say i took her prescription somewhere else and no issues. I will never recommend anybody to come here bad business all the way around. Wrong mama i don't play witb my baby health.

Words cannot express how much they helped my mother all the way in Flordia! Kimmie and staff jumped into action when her machine malfunctioned. They will never know how much it means to my family and I that she enjoyed her vacation, and made memories that will last forever.n#kimmieneedaaraise

Brittany at Carolina Home Medical on Commerce Drive in New Bern was sooo helpful and went beyond the call of duty to help me with my medical equipment needs. Their chairs are so comfortable and she sells the best ones at the best prices dont buy a chair from anyone else!!!
