I have found the ladies here very polite and helpful. I go here instead of Newport which is 5 minutes from my home but I found them to be rude and acted like I was a lot of trouble. Havelock library always helps with a smile
Worst and most unhelpful staff I’ve ever dealt with. Called to see how much it is to make a copy and none of them mentioned that they only take cash so I had to make multiple out of the way trips after I had already gone in to get a total of $0.15
Dont tell me that printing a piece of paper costs more than 1$.... Especially after the head librarian said that it costs nothing. Its simply a donation. I'm happy to donate but dont lie to my face
Hopefully the notification stops.popping up after I do this, but the selection is really good, and staff is always very helpful, professional, and friendly.
Nice people that work there. Very helpful.
