Can only go in and get a book. 30 minutes browsing limit. Although there were More employees there then patrons I was not allowed to stay and read even though I was given permission by one of the employees. Woman got sassy when I told her I had gotten permission from her co-worker.
Great selection of books, audiobooks, movies and everyone at the library is great. I love this library!
The people working in this Library are some of the nicest, helpful and competent it has been my pleasure to meet. Not a clinker in the bunch. Fast and efficient.
This is a very nice library with lots of current books and magazines and movies. The staff is friendly and they have internet. There's activities for kids and tons of room to search, study, and just browse. I was impressed with the currentness of material.
What you need to know :nnHow do I get a library card?nnObtaining a membership is quick and easy. In order to do so all you need is proof of identity. For those of you who have an Out of state license or ID you will also need to provide a document with proof of NC residency. Lease or piece of mail will work just fine.nnIs there a limit on how many books I can check out at a time?nnNo, you can check out as many as you please. However keep in mind of you return date which you can also check via your email.nnAre there a lot of distractions?nnAlso no, it is a relatively quiet environment as you would expect from a library. And the children library room is separate from the teens & adults.nnWhat are some other advantages of having a library card?nnWell, with your card you can use one of the many computers once you are given an access code. There are also events such for families and school aged children. Including a reading program where you little one can enjoy story time.nnPros: Wide selection of books, friendly, knowledgeable staff, computer resources, overall very clean, $1 movie rentals
