I have been going to this place for 17 mouths . I have spent a lot of money for them to help me with my pain for a disk bulge L3- L4 and L4 - L5 . For 17 mouths I have not had one day with out pain NOT ONE DAY WITHOUT PAIN FOR 17 MOUTHS. They will on longer try to justify taking my money . Im done. I just want to stop hurting.

The Receptionist (J) was very rude! I asked for her name and she sarcastically gave me her supervisor- whom I have reached out to and still have not received a returned call. When someone is in pain and needing care in general, the last thing they expect is to be mistreated. Zero stars would not recommend this place!

Let's just say I'm in my late 40's and I have had the best experience with the Drs here than any place ever. The amount of time they take to really listen to you and make decisions based on what you need or what works best for you is tremendous and greatly appreciated. I truly enjoy my visits with Miller as he takes time to hear me out, make recommendations that work for me and goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He does not bombard me with unnecessary questions or comments nor does he act better than or belittle me, which is the case with many other Drs. I found a diamond in the rough with this group and recommend them to friends, family and to you. They truly make you feel like a unique human being who is not just like to anyone else.

I love this place their always nice especially the lady's upfront their the best and the doctors in new Bern are the best Ms Williams I thank you for being so understanding and nice
