So Mandy is incredible I enjoy the ease of working with a midwife who is knowledgeable and overall through and kind.nnThe practice however ... well much to be desired. I’ve run out of my prescription my error I know however I was tracking for my annual to be end of June and it is only April. I called and left a message 1x my pharmacy called 1x and sent a request. I went to the patient portal which is not currently operational. Now it is a weekend and I am out of a prescription for something I thought I had for 12 months. And no patient reminder of needing to schedule an annual. Love Mandy but this is not right. This may be a combination of insurance and administrative error but I really try and stay on top of my appointments and refills and this blindsided me. Running out of something and not knowing I was due for an appointment two months early .
