The experienced doctors I have seen there have been helpful and give good advice to help with your issues. However some of the newer ones can be snobby and just want you out as quick as possible. I have been a patient there for 5 years and I am now looking for a new doctors office. I have tried calling them 8 time in the past few weeks to get answers to a random bill that popped up and could not get any one to take my call. I have even left voicemail and had no returned calls. They are only open till 5 and I can’t swing by there after work. It sad you have to call there office 3 times back to back and be put on hold for 5 minutes each time just to pay a bill.

When moving here from a larger city, health care was very important to me. Coming to CCHC was the very best choice! P.A. Frances Bailey has been like a friend who has my best interest at heart. I trust the staff and the customer service is #1. Thank you for your service! Especially since COVID-19!!!

Dont1 waste your time coming here. Just go to Carolinaeast Medical Center and save yourself much money and time due to inadequate medical care.

I am so cautious when I choose a healthcare provider as I have worked in health care for 50 years.nBut the experiences we have had here have been delightful,nFrancis Bailey FNP is exceptional in her compassionate evidenced based approach!nSo grateful for her; and her assistants and the lab and the front desk and the Medicare lady.nI feel safe there!
