But before explaining my diagnosis and treatment plan, he had already contacted the referral specialist, gave them my info, and told me that they would call me with the appt. date and time. I recently had my yearly checkup and cleaning with Dr. Hand and his staff. This practice uses cutting edge technology in their teeth cleaning procedures. This new procedure not only gets your teeth clean, it painlessly goes further below the gum line to remove bacteria that can lead to gum disease. Also, Dr. Hand's practice is taking extra steps necessary to ensure that the safety of their clients is of the utmost importance. The staff is super friendly, easy to communicate with and just nice. Daphne made my teeth feel amazing and Darcie made the appointment process easy, even considering I accidentally hung up on her 4 times!

PHONED IN TO THE FRONT DESK FROM MY CAR. TOLD IT AS OK TO COME UP TO BE CHECKED IN. HAD TEMP CHECKED AND HANDS SPRAYED BEFORE ALLOWED IN THE LOBBY. AVERY ON IN THE FRONT LOBBY MADE A GREAT SHOW OF MAKING ME FEEL COMFORTABLE. I WAS TAKEN BACK TO REAR AREA TO HAVE A FILLING. DR HAND ASSIISTANT MAKD ME COMFORTABLE AND IN A FEW MIN DR HAND CAME. I HAD BEEN CONCERNED ABOUT THE FILLING AS IT WAS UNDER A CROWNED TOOTH. LOT OF CONCERN FOR NOTHING. DR HAND COMPLETED THE FILLING FASTER THAN INSPECTED. CHECK OUT ONLY TOOK A FEW MIN. OVER ALL MY EXPERENCE WAS AS GOOD AS A VISIT TO THE DENTIST CAN BE. THANK YOU EVERY ONE INVOLVED.
