Kincaid & Purvis Family Dentistry and Implants

I have been a patient at the practice of Kincaid and Purvis for 8 years and have always received excellent care. The staff is the best and are always welcoming and prepared to advise and help with any concerns I may have. When I have had an emergency I was seen immediately and always was given an appointment. The various procedures I received were excellent. They also have emergency phone numbers for each doctor who is on call after hours and on the weekend. I love going to the dentist. The atmosphere In the office is wonderful. I highly recommend this practice.

Wonderful staff!!! Each role within this office is important and with this team you can see just how much they all care!! From the smiles you get when you walk in (YES you can even see the smiles behind the mask!) to the comforting words and encouragement you get throughout the visit, GREAT customer service!! From sweet little babies to a very anxious mama- our whole family uses this office and we all get wonderful care each and every visit! You are definitely not a number at this office- you are a person- you are seen, heard and remembered! Thank you for all that you do! It does not go unnoticed!

Dr. Kincaid and his Dental Assistant (Melissa) are amazing! I am a fairly new patient, who moved to the New Bern area a year ago, and unfortunately, was living with a “botched” crown I received from another dentist in a different state. Melissa made the impression for a replacement crown, and I asked if there was any way to include contours, since the previous dentist had ground the crown down to a virtually flat surface (which is why I referred to the crown as “Stumpy”). Because the botched crown had been in place for a little over a year, I was prepared to have to pay a huge sum out of pocket to have it replaced. My new “Kincaid Crown” is amazing! It has beautiful contours, with amazingly matched color, AND no grinding was needed to make it mesh with my other teeth. It fit PERFECTLY and feels just like a natural tooth! AND, to make it even better, the office just called me today and said my insurance had agreed to cover most of the cost of the crown! (Clearly, the writeup from Dr. Kincaid, describing the situation with the previous crown had paid off). I love my new Kincaid Crown, and I am in awe of Dr. Kincaid and Melissa’s expertise. The dental hygienists and the rest of the office staff at Kincaid & Purvis are amazing! They are very professional, friendly and caring. I feel so fortunate to be one of their patients. I highly recommend this office!

I’m moving in a week and I need my wisdom teeth out specifically the impacted one they couldn’t get it at their office so the three musketeers (Vicky and two other girls up front) sat at the front brainstorming and calling around places in the surrounding area. After not finding a place for me they started calling around the area I’m moving to!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a dentist office who puts their patients first. Extraordinarily nice people!
