These guys take great pride in the work they do and it shows not only in the final product, but throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Ronald was a pleasure to work with. Both times I went to Raleigh to look at stone slabs, he met me there to help guide me in selecting the perfect stone. He is very knowledgeable and was certainly patient as I narrowed down my choices. Once the stone was transported to their shop he took the time to show me that the countertops would be cut from the portions of the slab I preferred. The installers were incredibly nice, professional, clean, and with an eye to detail. Their outstanding service and communication with every step of the process was superb!!
I love my mudroom brick floors! They are exactly as I envisioned, a perfect recreation of the picture I showed! Alex went above and beyond expectations and when the project took an expected turn with our gas lines-they didn’t settle until it was absolutely right! (Old homes are tricky like that) I can’t speak highly enough about their professionalism and courtesy - in addition to price point and quality. No brained- calling GI anytime we have home projects.
I was referred to Alex from a friend. I went and picked out my granite and it was installed in a couple of days. Alex was great to work with. Ribald his brother was also great. Great customer service and prices. The quality of work is phenomenal. I love my granite countertops. I highly recommend.
We are beyond pleased with the fabrication of our counter tops. We are still a few weeks out from construction on our home being completed but the counter tops are more beautiful than I could have ever hoped for and will compliment the interior of our home so well. Thanks to Alex and his team for a pleasant and professional experience.
Extremely pleased with the service we received. The granite is beautiful, they did exactly what we wanted, and turned out amazing. They are also very efficient. Would highly recommend this company.
