We recently moved to this little town and started off at a big chain pharmacy. The first couple of months here we struggled to get some pre-auths for some of the meds. The pharmacy would blame the doctors office and the doctors office would blame the pharmacy. In the end we’d end up paying out of pocket bc nothing ever got solved. Short of switching doctors, bc that’s way harder, I finally took our business to this local pharmacy. Besides the staff being super friendly and caring they also managed to get the meds filled right away with no back and forth. What a huge burden they solved for us! They’ve got our business from now on!
