I've had At Ease Pest Control for nearly a year now. The service is impeccable and I never have any problems with bugs. I felt the need to leave a review after I was going through some recent security camera footage from my front door. I spotted At Ease at work, they took the time to sweep and clear my porch, picked up and cleared an outdoor pet bowl before spraying, were mindful walking around all my flowers around the perimeter. And before they left, untangled my American flag that was twisted around the pole. This level of detail and service is why I love At Ease and supporting a veteran business!

Our experience with “At Ease Pest Solutions” was absolutely amazing! We were having trouble with some wasps at our house! The lady I spoke to on the phone was Sarah and she was very responsive and informative and provided excellent customer service and she was able to get someone to our house VERY quickly, we were told someone would be at our home between 4-5pm, but we received a call from Nick around 2:45pm to inform us that he was on his way! Which made us very happy. Nick got to our home and went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us! He gave us a detailed explanation of the process and everything involved in it. He was so friendly and made us feel very comfortable in our decision to use “At Ease Pest Solutions.” Our entire experience with this company was just absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them and Nick himself, if you are having any pest control issues of your own!

If you want great and knowledgeable service at a fair price, then this is your place. I rarely leave reviews, but of all services from any company I have had at my home, this is the only one that constantly does what they say they will, when they say they'll do it, and they do it very well. They aren't the type to not show, and in fact, always communicate--how many places can you say that about these days?! Have had the service for several years and still the best decision we could have made. Very recently, in pouring rain no less, Nick showed up, went above and beyond helping with service and some items we needed completed--and did it professionally and with a smile. Really appreciate you Nick. All the staff at At Ease don't just tell you they value your business, time and again they prove they value it. Highly recommend working with them.

Nick was incredibly educational! He gave me the information necessary to make sound decisions. He then showed me (like walked with me around the house) what to do sink could eliminate the problem on my end and then made it clear I needed to make it a priority! I like to know what is needed and how urgent it is so I’m not paying them money and not getting the results I expect!

Nick was phenomenal and knowledgeable about every question I could ask. He was extremely professional and took care of our need. Highly recommend this company!! Will proudly recommend to all neighbors.
