Arrived on time. Diagnosed problem. Ordered part. Came back on time . Completed repair. Very personable. I previously was in the restaurant business so I know appliances can be expensive to be repair. But Rogers WOW . Very reasonable. I'll never worry about a Appliance needing repaired.again with Roger's around to call
