After receiving quotes from multiple companies, we decided to go with Lake Norman Floors. Not only were they the cheapest option (by far) we felt they were the most up-front and honest. They were fantastic throughout the entire process, even letting us take home samples multiple times to ensure we chose the right flooring for our home. Not to mention the install only took a day! Very please with the product they recommended along with the service they provided.

We had Lake Norman Floors do a sand and refinish of our tired floors. They were prompt, courteous and absolutely transformed our floors. I will recommend them any chance I get!

As a design firm, we work incredibly hard to find the best partners for our client's homes. Lake Norman Floors , Michael and Tracy, make the flooring part of all of our projects amazing. Our clients love working with them, they know what they are doing and what may not work and I cannot say enough about how much we appreciate all they do to make our projects perfect. If you are looking to update or are building new, this is the company we would recommend to anyone. Top shelf in every way.

We hired this company to do our floors ,while installing I noticed several defected board and contacted to salesman John, who told me he could fix it, well now it’s only been about 10 months since the finish and the boards are splintering and neither Knights flooring or Lake NORMAN floors with honor there workmanship. There fix it to keep adding puffy. Not to mention I found water bottles of urine hid in closets and brought this to Johns attention as well. Not good customer service or a good product and the owner Gary was no help at all, please do your research and make sure the company you hire will stand by there work when a problem persist. I would not had rated this at all but I had too.
