The people who work here are absolutely useless. My girlfriend moved 2 hours away from this place but still kept them as her doctor out of customer loyalty. All of a sudden they denied her request for a refill on her birth control for no reason, and when she called to ask why they said she needed to come in for an in-person appointment, so whoever was working on the phone that day scheduled her appointment for 3:30pm the next day. My girlfriend drove the two hours to the doctor only to be told that they couldn’t service her because she had been “terminated” as a patient because she allegedly missed an appointment (that they never notified her about). The person who scheduled her the day before should’ve been able to tell her BEFORE SHE DROVE TWO HOURS that she had been terminated and couldn’t be seen at that office, but instead they wasted her time, her gas money and the miles on her car. When she explained to the staff that she lived 2 hours away they had nothing to say except “sorry”. This is inexcusable, the sheer ineptitude involved for something like this to happen is immeasurable. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Doctor Patel has been my family Doctor for many years. He is very knowledgeable, and compassionate. Amazing staff, easy to get appointments. Very pleased with this family practice care.

Great Doctor and Staff!! Many other dermatology offices wanted me to wait 6 months for an initial appointment, i was able to schedule one with in a week and get my procedure done with in two weeks!! Thank you Dr Patel!!
