Rented two animals and one was significantly slower than the other. According to “policy”, they could not swap it out with a better working one. Ridiculous.
Well 1st the animals were all cute but the customer service was ok not very friendly a lot of the animals where broken about half the one we rented juice of battery was low we tried to get a diffrent one they persisted that they were all the same finally they gave in traded with one that was more charged but by that time it was over...the kids had a good time but could been better experience overall i wouldnt do it again unfortunately
