ProCompounding has always been five star but recent refill was a hassle. Rx expired and tech didn't follow up. After two weeks I followed up and tech wasn't able to understand I wanted a 90 day supply and referred to Pharmacist. I had to follow up again and spelled the mailing address 3 time but was sent to our secondary address instead. I finally paid for someone to go to our house and mail the Rx to me. Start to finish two months! Phone techs need add'l training. This has never happened in all the years I've used your services. Staff have always been professional and knowledgeable. Not sure what happened.

This is my first transaction with ProCompounding Pharmacy and I can simply say that my experience from start to finish was an absolute pleasure! Referred to them by my Caromont Doctor and I am grateful. Promptness, Complete Instructions, and my questions answered. !

The Pharmacists were extremely helpful and personable. They provided information I had not received at the previous Compounding Pharmacy. The staff were friendly and the location is convenient! I am so thankful they are in our area!

I left Dr. Douglas Milch's office on August 27 being told that Pro Compounding (Pro) would call me. I called Dr. Milch,s office on Sept. 3rd because I had not heard from Pro and was told that they would not take my insurance. Pro should have called me. I called Pro, gave them my credit card #, and was told told that I would receive prescription in a few days. I received the prescription Sept. 6th. I called Pro on Sept.7th to say that I could not follow their directions because cream was to course to rub in. I was told that it was made incorrectly and should receive a replacement by Sept. 10.
