I highly recommend Lumber Liquidators in Arden. Paul is Awesome! His knowledge and let alone patience with my husband and I as we picked out flooring was incredible. He listened to what our needs were and pointed us in the right direction. The Staff is not only amazing and very knowledgeable, but their prices are great too. My husband and I are very happy with how our floors turned out. We will definitely be referring Paul and his team at Lumber Liquidators.
I have been working with Michael Shaw out of the Arden store for several years now. We provide complete kitchen remodels from floor up. Great store. Staff very knowledgable
I was told via e-mail from Lumber Liquidators an estimator would contact me in 24-48 hours. An e-mail from Watson installments told me I would be contacted within 24 hours. 52 hours later I’m calling to find out what’s going on and I’m told the install estimator will not be in N C until the middle of the next week. I was never told that the installers are from a different state . I then realized that if an estimate was going to take 2 weeks that the actual install would take forever. I called to have the charge for the estimate taken off my credit card. I was told the estimator was calling my daughters number . They did call —but only after I called to see why I wasn’t called and they called my daughter not me . The account was set up in my name and number:I spent 20 minutes on the phone to do that. I asked to have my credit card charge removed and after having to listen to excuses and trying to sell me on other options I was told he would do that today . Then he hung up without a goodbye a thank you or anything just hung up. Very rude and very unprofessional and terrible service. If there was a zero star I would give them that
